How do I inquire for a cake quote and/or order a cake ?

We require two weeks notice on ALL cake orders. Please fill in the form located on our “Get in Touch” page, and kindly give us 48 hours to confirm your order and return your quote inquiry. Deposits must be paid to confirm an order.

How do I pay my deposit and/or final balance for my order?

Deposits are 50% of the final cake price. Final payments must be paid two weeks before the order date - failure to comply may result in your order being cancelled. We currently accept e-transfers only.

Can I change my cake flavours and design after confirming my order?

We require a minimum of two weeks/before your final payment to allow any design and flavour change to your cake order. Please note additional charges may apply depending on changes.

How do I cancel my cake order? Can I get my deposit back?

We require a minimum of two weeks to cancel a cake order. Deposits are non-refundable

What if I have to re-schedule due to another COVID-19 Lockdown?

If another lockdown(mandated by the province) causes you to re-schedule your event, we will gladly move your Order Date free of charge. Any other reason will be subject to a $100 CAD re-scheduling fee.

STORAGE

Where do I keep my cake?

Please store your cakes in its original packaging in the refrigerator until you are ready to display - When ready carefully remove the cake from the box.

How long can I display the cake for?

Our cakes can be displayed for up to 4 hours and are best eaten when room temperature.

Special delivery locations will be considered depending on availability - additional charges will apply

Where do I pick up my cake?

We are located in the downtown core - sandwiched between Trinity Bellwood’s and Liberty Village. Once your cake order has been confirmed we will disclose our location (by appointment only)

How much is Delivery?

Our Delivery Rates start from $20 and upwards - depending on delivery location. Unsuccessful delivery attempts during selected timeslot will be pushed to the end of delivery schedule and in some cases will be returned to the bakery depending on schedule. You will then be required to pick-up or pay extra charges if delivery is still needed.

Why do you require a “Designated Contact” for pick-up & delivery?

We take the time to explain best practices of handing our cakes and require their sign off to attest that cake was delivered exactly as ordered. Ensure that you carefully choose your “Designated Contact”. Once the handoff has taken place we no longer are responsible for the cake should any damages occur.

What if I have an issue with my Cake Order?

Should you have any issues with your Cake Order, we highly encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery. This way we can ensure to do our absolute best to resolve any issues.
