It all began when I inherited my sisters kitchen aid mixer. Baking became my hobby. I liked it so much, I ended up taking a class in high school. Little did I know it would lead me to receiving my diploma for Baking and Pastry Arts at George Brown College. It was there that I discovered my true passion for baking.

I’m now on a journey to share my passion with the world by opening up a Bake Shop. Being a hopeless romantic, it is my mission to make brides and grooms cake dreams come true! Whether if its for a special celebration or the big day, Benny’s Bake Shop is a destination for cakes of all occasion.
